Everything you'll want to know before you book

Do I need yoga experience?+
No. Around a third of guests arrive with very little practice. Every class is taught with options, and nothing in the week assumes you can already do anything in particular.
What level is the retreat?+
All levels, genuinely. Morning practice is moderately active, evening practice is slow and restorative. Experienced practitioners get depth through variations rather than speed.
What should I bring?+
Light layers, swimwear, a scarf for the village, comfortable walking shoes and something warm for evenings. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are all here.
Are flights included?+
No. You book your own flights into Tunis–Carthage (TUN). We'll send guidance on good arrival windows once you're confirmed.
How do airport transfers work?+
Return transfers are included. We meet you in arrivals and drive you to the house — roughly 70 minutes. Group transfers run at set times on arrival and departure day.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?+
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy requirements are all handled. Tell us in the questionnaire so the kitchen can plan properly.
Can I attend alone?+
Most people do. Shared rooms are matched with another solo guest, and the small group size means nobody is left on the edge of things.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 60 days before the start date are refunded in full minus the deposit. Full terms are on the Terms & Conditions page — final legal wording pending.
What currency is pricing in?+
All prices are in euros (EUR). Payment by card or bank transfer; your bank may apply its own conversion.
What happens after I book?+
You'll get immediate confirmation, then a preparation pack two months out with packing lists, travel notes and a short welcome call with Nadia if you'd like one.
