How does applying work?+
You complete a short application and pay a 25% application deposit securely by card. That places your application into review — it does not confirm a place. We read every application personally and reply by email. If your application is not accepted, the deposit is refunded in full.
Do I need yoga experience?+
No. Around a third of guests arrive with very little practice. Every class is taught with options, and nothing in the week assumes you can already do anything in particular.
What level is the retreat?+
All levels, genuinely. Morning practice is moderately active, evening practice is slow and restorative. Experienced practitioners get depth through variations rather than speed.
How does pricing work if two of us share a room?+
Pricing is per person. A solo traveller pays the full price for their room type and has the room to themselves. If two adults share the same private room and king bed, the first guest pays the full price and the second guest receives 10% off their retreat price. The deposit is 25% of the final booking total, calculated after that discount.
What should I bring?+
Light layers, swimwear, a scarf, comfortable walking shoes and something warm for evenings. Mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are all here.
Are flights included?+
No. You book your own flights into Tunis–Carthage (TUN). We'll send guidance on good arrival windows once you're confirmed.
How do airport transfers work?+
Return transfers are included. We meet you in arrivals and drive you to the house. Group transfers run at set times on arrival and departure day.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?+
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy requirements are all handled. Tell us in your application so the kitchen can plan properly.
Can I attend alone?+
Most people do. All rooms are private and Trinity Soul does not place unrelated solo guests together in the same room, so booking alone means the room is yours.
What is the cancellation policy?+
The 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Amounts paid toward the remaining 75% balance are refunded under our cancellation policy. If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, you receive a 100% refund, including the deposit. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What currency is pricing in?+
All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Payments are made by credit or debit card and processed securely through Stripe; any foreign transaction or conversion charges from your own bank are your responsibility.
What happens after I book?+
You'll get confirmation of your booking, then a preparation pack with packing lists, travel notes and a short welcome call if you'd like one.
