Biography

How I got here

I came to yoga late and badly — through injury, in a cold London studio, convinced I was the least flexible person in the room. That's still the person I teach for.

After a decade of studio teaching I moved back to Tunisia and started running small retreats in my grandmother's village. Trinity Soul grew out of that: a house, a long table, and a week of practice that doesn't ask you to be anyone new.

My teaching is anatomically careful and unfussy. Expect clear cueing, real options for every body, and no pressure to perform.

  • 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified (vinyasa and hatha)

  • Certified breathwork facilitator
  • Trauma-informed teaching certificate
  • Yoga for injury and rehabilitation, 100 hours

Teaching philosophy

How I teach

Practice should return you to your body, not remove you from it. I teach slowly, name what's happening anatomically, and leave space for people to choose their own effort.

What to expect

  • Clear, unhurried instruction with modifications offered before you need them
  • Hands-off adjustments unless you invite them
  • Space to sit out a practice without anyone making it a thing
  • One-to-one time during the week if you want it
