Pets

Pets are not permitted, out of consideration for guests who may have allergies or sensitivities to animals.

Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings and valuables safe and secure throughout their stay. While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and comfortable environment, guests remain responsible for their personal belongings. Trinity Soul, Breeze Travel, our local retreat organizer in Tunisia, the accommodation provider, and other service providers are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Accommodation & housekeeping

• Accommodation in the selected private room category.
• Regular housekeeping and room cleaning service.
• Fresh bed linen, bath towels, and essential toiletries.

Meals & refreshments

• Full board: three meals per day.
• Complimentary filtered water and daily snacks throughout the stay.

Activities & program

• Scheduled guided yoga and meditation sessions.
• Included workshops.
• Group excursions and cultural trips included in the retreat itinerary.

Transportation

• Roundtrip airport transfers from Tunis–Carthage Airport during designated transfer windows.
• Guests will be provided with the available transfer times before the retreat and should confirm their preferred transfer time at least 15 days before the retreat start date.
• Transfers requested outside the designated transfer windows may be subject to an additional charge.
• Local ground transportation for scheduled group excursions.

• International or domestic airfare.
• Visa fees, where required for entry into Tunisia.
• Travel, medical, and cancellation insurance.
• Personal expenses, including souvenirs, laundry, and additional food or drinks outside what is included in the retreat.
• Optional activities or excursions outside the official retreat program.
• Alcoholic beverages.
• Medical expenses, emergency treatment, or hospitalization costs.

Trinity Soul is the brand under which the Trinity Soul Tunisia retreat is offered.

The retreat and its local services in Tunisia are organized and delivered by Breeze Travel, our local retreat organizer in Tunisia. Accommodation, transportation, excursions, wellness services, and other components of the retreat may also be delivered by local properties and independent service providers.

Bookings and payments for Trinity Soul Tunisia are administered and collected by OFA Consulting LLC.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

As a result, OFA Consulting LLC, Stripe, or an associated payment descriptor may appear on a guest's payment confirmation, receipt, or card statement.

Payment terms

Application deposit

A deposit equal to 25% of the final retreat booking price is required when submitting an application. The deposit is calculated from the final booking total after any applicable pricing adjustments or discounts, including the second-guest discount.

Payment of the application deposit does not constitute acceptance of the application or final confirmation of the reservation.

If the application is accepted, the deposit will be applied toward the total retreat booking price. Once the application is accepted, the deposit becomes non-refundable under the participant cancellation policy.

If Trinity Soul or Breeze Travel, our local retreat organizer in Tunisia declines the application, the application deposit will be refunded in full.

Balance payment

The remaining 75% of the retreat booking price must be paid no later than 15 days before the retreat start date. For Trinity Soul Tunisia, 4 – 9 November 2026, the remaining balance is due October 20, 2026.

Currency

All retreat prices and payments are denominated in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment method

Payments are accepted electronically by credit or debit card through Stripe.

Transaction / conversion fees

If a guest's bank or card provider imposes foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other third-party charges, those charges are the guest's responsibility.

Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation by the participant

Once an application has been accepted, the 25% application deposit is non-refundable. If a participant cancels before the retreat start date, amounts paid toward the remaining 75% balance will be refunded under this policy. The deposit remains non-refundable when cancellation is initiated by the participant after acceptance.

Cancellation by the organizer

If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a 100% refund of payments made toward the retreat. This includes the application deposit.

Physical fitness & health

By booking, participants confirm that they are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in the retreat activities they choose to undertake. Guests should inform Trinity Soul of relevant pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements, or other circumstances that may reasonably affect their participation. Participation in individual activities remains subject to the guest's own judgment and any appropriate professional medical advice.

Travel & medical insurance

Participants are required to obtain appropriate travel insurance for the retreat, including appropriate coverage for emergency medical care, travel disruption, and trip cancellation. Guests are responsible for understanding the terms, exclusions, and coverage limits of their own insurance policies. Medical treatment, hospitalization, repatriation, and other uninsured expenses remain the responsibility of the participant except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
