Yoga
Two daily practices — grounding vinyasa in the morning, slow restorative as the sun drops.

The retreat
Fourteen guests, one teacher, seven days on the Cap Bon coast. Intimate by design — this is a house, not a resort.
Philosophy
Trinity Soul started as a week for friends who were exhausted. That's still the brief. We don't run detoxes, silent challenges or transformation programmes. We run good practice, good food and enough empty afternoons for your nervous system to notice.
Practice is anatomically careful and clearly cued. Nothing is competitive. Skipping a session to sleep is a legitimate use of the week.
Daily practices
Two daily practices — grounding vinyasa in the morning, slow restorative as the sun drops.
Guided sitting at first light on the roof terrace, facing the sea.
Weekly workshops in pranayama and nervous-system regulation.
Mediterranean cooking from the market that morning, eaten together.
Unscheduled afternoons. Shade, books, the pool, the hammam.
Olive groves, cypress, salt air, and a coastline that stays empty.
A group small enough that everyone knows everyone by day two.
A ten-minute walk to a cove with almost nobody on it.
